From 10 to 13 December, Mila hosts A Mediterranean Affair, an extraordinary culinary collaboration with Chef Francisco Sanabria, Executive Chef of Rosewood Villa Magna.
For four nights only, Chef Fran presents a special dinner menu curated exclusively for Rosewood Doha. Drawing inspiration from Las Brasas de Castellana, Rosewood Villa Magna’s acclaimed restaurant, the menu pays homage to Mediterranean tradition through Spanish flair and refined simplicity.
Expect flame-grilled craftsmanship, soulful flavors from the Iberian coast, and dishes that embody the warmth and spirit of coastal dining at its most elegant.
